The woman behind it all...
Jessica Wright is the founder and owner of Designs By Us. Her life has not always been the one you see today. She has overcome many obstacles that she refuses to let define her. Jessica is independent, caring, and loving. A wife, a mom, a sister, an aunt, even a grandma!
After facing much adversity in her life, Jessica’s options were limited career wise but she had to figure out a way to make an income to support her family. She dabbled in other small businesses, but nothing gave her the fulfillment she was seeking. Jessica’s husband gifted her a cricut and she immediately was excited to make crafts and keep herself busy while facing these challenges in life.
She started making tumblers and eventually learned how to craft other things such as home decor, kitchen items, gifts, etc. It didn’t take Jessica long to realize that this was something she enjoyed and wanted to make an income doing.
Since starting this adventure, Jessica has grown a successful facebook group and attended many successful vendor events to get her name out there.

Once your items have shipped i will send you email confirmation with tracking. I ship all cups priority shipping with insurance.
Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges
Designs by us return and exchange policy is as Follows:
Designs by us does NOT give refunds NOR accept exchanges unless your product was accidentally shipped to you defective.
If you received your product and it was defective contact us ASAP, (you have 7 days after your delivery has arrived to contact us), at designsbyus2020@gmail.com and we will ship you out a new tumbler(s), or issue you a store credit on the FLY!!! WE UNDERSTAND MISTAKES HAPPEN AND WE WILL DO OUR VERY BEST TO NOT ONLY MAKE IT RIGHT, BUT HOPEFULLY MAKE IT BETTER.
***Make sure you contact us within 7 days of your delivery for your STORE CREDIT OR PRODUCT REPLACEMENT***
***Please do not discard the damaged product before taking a picture and sending it to us, as we will need it for our records and to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.***
